Staying in the Deluxe Suite was a delight, especially enjoying our generous homemade breakfast. The uphill walk back from Centro can be a bit taxing after a long day exploring.

    beautiful casita
    generous breakfast
    attentive hosts
    hilly walk
    spotty wifi

Staying at Las Terrazas felt like a slice of paradise. The casita, Grillo Dos, featured traditional Mexican decor and came with a gas fireplace, which added a cozy ambiance. I loved having a little kitchenette to prepare snacks, and the views from the terrace were breathtaking. Each morning began with a generous breakfast, featuring options such as homemade banana bread that truly stood out. Rocky and Gwen were consistently attentive. they facilitated our arrival and handled all transportation arrangements smoothly. A pleasant surprise was the peaceful environment, away from the busy streets while still being just a bit of a hike to Centro. The only drawback was the uphill walk back from the city. After a long day of strolling through San Miguel, it felt challenging at times. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was spotty, making it difficult to stay in touch with family back home. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hospitality and the beauty of the grounds made it all worthwhile.

Our stay was fantastic with stunning views and a beautiful garden. The surrounding hills offered plenty of hiking trails and the warm hospitality from Rocky and Gwen made us feel at home. Our spacious family suite even accommodated our three dogs comfortably.

My wife says that the uphill climb from downtown after a long day could be tough.

    great stay but uphill trek

Communication before our arrival was impressive! ! Rocky was in touch every step of the way. The private terrace that Grillo Dos had was perfect for enjoying the peaceful mornings, and the location allowed for breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding the area. Breakfast was a highlight. a checklist for selections made customization a breeze and it was always generous.

The walk back from Centro can be taxing after a long day.
